Your calm, professional demeanor was reassuring and gave me confidence in your knowledge and skill. I appreciated your flexibility in scheduling meetings outside of the normal work week and at locations that were easy to get to without a car. After my ex-spouse ignored the initial divorce paperwork, I appreciated that you sought an inexpensive, creative solution to ensure he received the documents at his last known address in Israel.
