October 6, 2012

Dear Heather:

Thank you for teaching the Dissolution Forms Class on October 6, 2012.  We
appreciate your efforts to serve the legal needs of low-income individuals
who could not otherwise obtain legal advice and services.  Our office has
afforded you  5.0  pro bono hours for your volunteer services.  Our office
tracks your volunteer hours throughout the year and provides an individual
end-of-the-year cumulative report.

Written and verbal feedback from the clients indicates your assistance was
very important in resolving their issues.  The clients wrote "it was a
great and helpful class," "really helpful" and "good information." They
all stated that they now have a better understanding of their legal
rights.

The value of your service to our clients goes beyond monetary value as it
positively impacts the mental and emotional stability of persons in
distress.  Your service makes a positive difference in individuals' lives
and in our community.

Again, thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Becky Boughton
